Parking: Parking is available on the street or please ask our friendly staff for alternate options. All property including soft furnishings are owned and registered by The Lucky Hotel. Guests will be responsible for any damage or breakages. Please notify reception immediately so professionals can be contacted and appropriate repairs can be arranged. Guests are requested not to try and repair damage themselves as additional repair charges may apply. Credit card details and a copy of the guests photo identification (such as drivers license) will be collected on check in for security purposes only. Smoking within this hotel is illegal and strictly prohibited. This includes the balconies. Additional charges of $250.00 apply. Smoking is permitted in the Alfresco Gaming Room only. Hotel rooms accommodate a maximum of 4 guests with adjoining rooms accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. The Lucky Hotel has a no party policy in accommodation rooms. Excess noise or disturbance may result in guests being asked to leave the premises with no refund provided. All Hotel rooms have double glazed windows to assist in reducing noise. As the Lucky Hotel is also an entertainment venue more noise than usual can be expected at times. The Lucky Hotel practices Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gambling.
