The Rise Noosa adopts the following practice when dealing with the cancellation of a holiday booking. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS LOW SEASON - At the time of booking a deposit of $500 stay will be charged to the credit card provided. Full payment of the outstanding balance is required 15 days prior to check-in otherwise the booking is forfeited. MID & HIGH SEASON - At the time of booking a deposit of $500 stay will be charged to the credit card provided. Full payment of the outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card provided 31 days prior to check-in or immediately if the booking is made within 30 days prior to check-in. We accept MasterCard and Visa cards. Please be advised that we do not have the facility to accept Diners Card or AMEX CANCELLATION POLICY: The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. You will accept prepayment by: Credit card. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS FIRM AND WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL GUESTS TAKE OUT ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER THE LOSS ACCOMMODATION CHARGES SHOULD THE BOOKING BE CANCELLED No refund once checked in at The Rise Noosa.
