SUN LAGOON RESORT BOOKING TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY Sun Lagoon adopts the following practice when dealing with Deposit Payments and Cancellations of our holiday bookings. DEPOSIT PAYMENTS A deposit payment of 50% of your booking is required based on our Cancellation Policies as list: LOW SEASON If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival the guest will be charged 50% of the total accommodation price. MID SEASON (School Holidays) If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival the guest will be charged 50% of the total accommodation price. HIGH SEASON (Easter, Noosa Triathlon, Christmas & New Years) If the booking is cancelled less than 60 days before arrival the guest will be charged 50% of the total accommodation price. SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, a Deposit payment of 50% of the Booking Total is required on Booking and if cancelled, refunds will only be offered once the Apartment is re-let for the period of the original booking (partially or in full based on the re-booking). CONFIRMED BOOKINGS The guest will be charged a prepayment (deposit) of 50% of the total accommodation price for all bookings based on our cancellation policies. A booking is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by the prepayment/deposit being paid. BOND PAYMENTS - SECURITY All Bookings require a Credit Card as security over the Booking. A Bond Payment is required where any Credit Card declines payment for your Booking as the Credit Card is considered unsecure. This will be added to your booking and refunded once the Apartment is check on departure. A tentative quote is only valid for Two Weeks after the date of enquiry. The balance of your Booking is due and processed the morning of arrival unless arriving on a Sunday or Public Holiday and the Reception is closed. If arriving outside of our Reception Hours we will process the final balance prior
