The fully equipped apartments present a fresh and contemporary feel with all the creature comforts of a home away from home. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto the private balcony boasting alluring views. Every apartment offers the little extras such as cable television, DVD players and free wireless internet access. Wake up to the sound of the rolling surf on the famous Mooloolaba Beach, then step outside onto your patio or balcony and watch the sun rise over the glistening waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Only a 5 min drive from the Coasts largest shopping and movie centre and a quick walk to Mooloolaba Beach, Underwater World and the Wharf. Montville and the Glass House Mountains are only half an hour away. No car, no problem, Osprey is only 100m from the local bus stop.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If a credit card can not be provided, a $500 cash bond will be required to cover any incidentals. The cash bond will be returned upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff.
Our intention is for all our guests staying at Osprey Apartments to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer. As such, we have a no party policy and no noise will be permitted after 10pm. Osprey Apartments may evict a guest or visitor if this policy is not adhered to, without refund.
Maroochy Airport is 30 min drive from Osprey. Suncoast Airlink run a door to door shuttle service. Brisbane Airport is 1 and a half hours drive away. Suncoast Airlink run a shuttle service from the airport.
DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit of $300 will be taken for bookings in low/ mid seasons however if the booking total exceeds $1000 a $400 deposit will be taken. If the booking is for high season a $500 deposit will be taken. Final payment is due on arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: If booking is cancelled a refund of the deposit will be made less an administration fee of $50 if 14 days notice in low season and 31 days notice in mid/high season is given. Cancellations inside this period will forfeit the deposit.
