Location Anchor Belle is only 2 km from shops, cafes and restaurants and minutes away from all Phillip Island attractions. A very short walk gets you to the Cowes foreshore beach.

Property Description Anchor Belle features two-storey townhouses, 3 bedroom villas, 2 bedroom cabins, including a fully accessible cabin suitable for guests with wheelchairs, grassy powered sites and ensuite sites. The park has barbecues, camp kitchens, a pizza oven and much more. For your families enjoyment, there is a children's playground, an indoor heated pool, jumping pillow, games room and basketball court. This property is only 100m from the beach and 200m from the boat ramp.

Bedding Configuration

  • 2 Bedroom Cabins sleep 6 (max 4 adults) - all with two bedrooms and separate lounge, kitchen and bathrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen bed; Bedroom 2: 2 sets of bunks. Linen and towels provided for all booked beds.
  • Townhouses sleep 6 - fully self-contained with bathroom, laundry and full kitchen. Bedroom 1: Queen bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed: Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds. Linen and towels provided.
  • Villas sleep 8 - fully self-contained with bathroom and full kitchen. Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite and walk-in-robe; Bedroom 2: Queen bed: Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunks. Linen and towels provided.
  • Campsites (including ensuite sites) - grassy powered sites with camp kitchen and bathroom amenities.

Booking Conditions Please be aware the pool is not open during Victorian 3rd school term. Linen for 2 bedroom cabins provided for BOOKED beds only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation- Outside 14+ days of arrival date Cancel and refund: Refund deposit paid less 10% of the total tariff. Transfer booking: Within 6 months with an administration fee of $30.00. Credit Applied: Must be used within 6 months of your original booking dates, an administration fee of $30.00 applies. Cancellation- Within 14 days of arrival date A refund of the deposit paid less 50% of the total tariff. Bookings must be transferred to another date within 180 days of the previous arrival date. Prices vary depending on the booking rates of the new dates booked. Any increases must be paid for. Special deals/offers - if the current booked special is not available within the new booked dates, we are unable to honour the original booked package. No refund for early departure. No Show: A forfeit of all monies paid.
