Property Description Anchor Belle features two-storey townhouses, 3 bedroom villas, 2 bedroom cabins, including a fully accessible cabin suitable for guests with wheelchairs, grassy powered sites and ensuite sites. The park has barbecues, camp kitchen, pizza oven and much more. For your family's enjoyment there is a children's playground, an indoor heated pool, jumping pillow, games room and basketball court. This property is only 100m from the beach and 200m from the boat ramp.

Booking Conditions Please be aware the pool is not open during Victorian 3rd school term. Linen for 2 bedroom cabins provided for BOOKED beds only.
Travel across the bridge and drive to Cowes (approx 12km), at the 3rd roundabout, turn left and continue for 2 kms until you come to Anchor Belle on your right hand side.
15 + days of arrival date Cancel and refund: refund deposit paid less 10% of the total tariff. Transfer: Booking within 3 months with an administration fee of $30. Bookings must be transferred to another date within 90 days of the previous arrival date. Prices vary depending on the booking rates of the new dates booked. Any increases must be paid for. Within 14 days of arrival date A refund of the deposit paid less 50% of the total tariff. Special deals/offers - if the current booked special is not available within the new booked dates, we are unable to honour the original booked package.
