Location: Eco Friendly Self Contained accommodation, located on a 340 acre working beef cattle farm. Situated between the world famous Penguin Parade and Grand Prix Circuit our retreats allow you to relax and get away from it all. Enjoy the spectacular rural landscape views from your own north facing outdoor deck or take a walk to the top of Hurricane Hill to enjoy 360 degree views of the Island.
Property Details: Surrounded by nature - a unique Farm Stay experience. You can walk around the tracks on our farm and see and talk to our friendly farm animals and wildlife. Alternatively pop out the back to see how Freddy and Eddie the alpacas and Spot and Lambert the sheep are going !! .
Bedding Configuration: Bimbadeen Phillip Island Farm Retreats consist of one, two or three bedroom self-contained retreats with open plan living, dining and kitchenette. Queen Beds, Single Beds and Fold out Sofa Beds are available. Please check room descriptions for details.
Booking Conditions: No smoking in the rooms. No pets. Credit card details are required on arrival. Infants under 2 years can stay at no additional cost - however you will need to bring your own portable cot.
After you cross over the bridge onto Phillip Island follow the Phillip Island Road for 8.5 kms then turn left onto Back Beach Rd. Travel along Back Beach Road for 4.0 kms to the Grand Prix Circuit. Bimbadeen Phillip Island Farm Retreats are located a further 1.6 kms past the Grand Prix Circuit Entrance on the right hand side of the road, between Pyramid Rock and Berrys Beach Roads.
STANDARD BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY This policy applies to all reservations. Prepayment of your accommodation is requested upon booking. We allow changes of dates up until 30 days out from your booked arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days before your booked arrival date we have the right to retain up to the full amount of your prepayment. This will depend on whether we can rebook your accommodation. CHECK IN : 2.00PM CHECK OUT : 10.00AM CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS All children are welcome. Infants under three years of age are free of charge. Guests need to supply their own linen for their infant. The one bedroom farm retreat has one queen size bed. The room rate is for 2 guests. The two bedroom farm retreat has one queen size bed and two king single beds. The room rate is for 4 guests. The three bedroom farm retreat has one queen size bed in each of the first two bedrooms. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds - with a total of 2 single beds and 2 double beds. There are two bathrooms. The retreat rate is for 4 guests with the maximum number of guests being 10. For extra guests there is a charge of $ 40 per person per night in the three bedroom farm retreat. NO SMOKING POLICY No smoking is kindly requested both inside the retreats or around the farm. Smoking is allowed on the outside deck of the retreats. ACCESS TO OUR FARM Guests for their own safety are kindly asked to follow our instructions with regard to access to areas of our farm. PETS POLICY As we are a farm unfortunately no pets are allowed.
