TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION Outside the Square Tourism T/as Two Fat Blokes Definitions “Guests” means the persons registered to stay overnight in the Property during the Reservation period. “Management” means the managers of the Property. “Property” means a Two Fat Blokes Glamping tent and all items contained therein including fixtures, fittings and equipment. “Reservation” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property Introduction Reference to “Two Fat Blokes” in these terms and conditions is a reference to Outside the Square Tourism T/as Two Fat Blokes ACN 149 931 108. Two Fat Blokes manages the tourism accommodation reservations in the Glamping Tents located at 691 Hermitage Road, Pokolbin, NSW 2320. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) together with the Privacy Policy govern the relationship between Two Fat Blokes and any individual who uses this website or utilises our accommodation services including but not limited to an individual who makes a reservation for one of our Glamping Tents and each person named or travelling on that reservation (each “Guest” or “you”). https://twofatblokes.com.au/glamping/ These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Two Fat Blokes and the Guest.
