NOTES If rooms are damaged or left in a poor state and require additional cleaning services to fix (eg carpet/bedding stains etc), a fee of up to $500 will be charged to the guest/card holder or invoiced for payment. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $100 replacement fee. Call outs after 9pm for "lock outs" will be charged a $100 fee. Deco Beach management can arrange servicing of your accommodation for an additional fee, please contact (08) 86821010 if you wish to have this option. For stays longer than 7 days a complimentary service is available. CONDITIONS OF USE 1 - No smoking indoors 2 - Deco Beach has a STRICTLY NO-PARTY policy. 3 - Deco Beach is not responsible for any damage or loss to the guests property. 4 - Faults or damages must be reported to the management immediately. 5 - The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and its contents. 6 - Strictly NO pets allowed (as much as we would love to welcome them, some people have allergies).. 7 - Check in time is 2pm., with CHECKOUT AT 10AM, LATE CHARGES WILL APPLY. A late check out can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact reception if you wish to have this option. 8 - Guest holding the booking / reservation must be over the age of 18 years old. 9 - If guests show no respect to these conditions or other staff, Deco Beach management reserves the right to ask guests to leave with no refund provided.
