Located in Preston Beach our API Holiday Homes are perfect for a family vacation or getaway. 2 self-contained 3-bedroom units. Each unit sleeps six adults with one queen room and two extra rooms each with 2 x single beds.

Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests, both Adults and Children. If we need to send out the caretaker to provide extra linen, charges may apply. The units are located on Styles Road, Preston Beach, only 250 meters from the beach, and among the closest properties to the Indian Ocean. The units are all fitted with the usual mod cons, with ensuite bathrooms, modern toilets, a laundry facility with washing machine and dryer, digital TV’s, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, a gas BBQ. (Porta cots and high chairs are available if required for our very little guests). Parking included: there is one car bay allocated per unit. Please do not park in the shared driveway. The beaches at Preston are stunning so make sure you pack your camera for the perfect Instagram shot! Beach fishing is popular within the surrounding area, and the 4WD beach access is close by. Rates are per night per unit. Minimum 2 night stay. You do not have to be a member to book. These are non-member rates, if you book with APIWA you can access their discounts and rewards program 5 - 25% discount off retail, dining and accommodation for 12 months.

Cancellations/Refunds/fees - A fixed compulsory administrative cancellation fee of $100 and fixed transfer fee of $50.00 applies to all Bookings without exception. Bookings cancelled 8 weeks or more prior to the commencement date will be only credited at the discretion of the CEO. If a Booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to commencement, no refund shall be made. No refund is given on any unused portion of rental monies paid. In some instances the cancelled booking dates can be re-sold, in this case the re-sold portion may be credited but this is based on another Guest Booking the same unit at the same time to essentially take over the previous Booking to a maximum of 70% and does not always apply.
