Choose from luxury 2 bedroom cabins and villas, Safari Tents (Glamping), the popular ensuite van sites, shady powered camp and van sites and accessible cabins. There's something for everyone.
Important things to note: We don't charge extra to use the communal BBQ's, hot water or camp kitchen. We provide all linen, pillows and towels FREE when staying in a villa or cabin (Safari Tent excepted) and that our rates include 2 adults and up to 3 children up to 17yrs of age. All you need is yourselves!!
Did you know that Shoal Bay Holiday Park is also a dog friendly park? However certain restrictions apply - Dogs are only permitted when staying in your own tent or caravan and not during peak periods & no pets are allowed during NSW Holiday Periods (with the exception of July School Holidays) and we do ask that you please check with us before bringing your dog.

Port Stephens is the Blue Water Paradise of New South Wales mid-north coast. Just a 2.5 hour drive north of Sydney via the Newcastle M1 Motorway (formerly the F3 Freeway) will put you into the heart of Port Stephens, a holiday playground with something to offer everyone. Once you get to Port Stephens: Continue straight along Nelson Bay Road past Bobs Farm & Anna Bay until you reach Nelson Bay. Turn left at the1st roundabout at Church & Stockton Street. Continue along Church Street and turn right at the next roundabout into Government Road - this road then becomes Victoria Parade. Continue along past the Marina and Tourist Information Centre, straight ahead through the roundabout and follow the road around past Wests Nelson Bay which is on your left. Go straight through the next roundabout and continue along Shoal Bay Road for a few more minutes, you will see Shoal Bay Holiday Park on your right hand side.
