Terms & Conditions: We require a deposit for all bookings. Shutters Whole Estate: 7 night minimum stay for all bookings. Policy: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. Remaining balance will be charged to the credit card provided 29 days prior to arrival. Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Remaining balance will be charged to the credit card provided 6 days prior to arrival. Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. No show or late cancellations will be charged the 1st night's rate. EXCEPTION: Bookings during School Holidays will follow the Whole Estate policy of 7 night minimum stay and 30 day non refundable deposit as noted above. COVID related cancellations however shall be permitted up to the day of arrival.
