Kitchen and living are in a long room opening into a private rear courtyard with dining table, large umbrella and sitting. Fully kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with handbasin, shower and separate toilet. Washing machine and washtub in a cupboard style access off the kitchen. Free, generous wifi. Garage parking for one small car in the rear garage. Free street-parking in front and at the rear.
2km from Fremantle CBD. Drive along South Terrace, through South Fremantle village until Ocean road meets South Terrace. This cottage is the last on the right. Garage opens onto the back street, Hickory Street

Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy Bookings: *Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS: * Cancellation without notice: If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers. * Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days. Cancellation within 48 hours * If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited. You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
