PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Security bond required: $800 refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: A full refund of the deposit is given less a cancellation fee of $110 if cancellation is made over 30 days of arrival. For cancellations between 14-29 days 50% of the total cost will be charged - unless accommodation can be rebooked. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival full payment is required- unless the accommodation is rebooked. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of guests’ actual arrival or departure date. In the case of a no-show guests will be responsible for full payment. Guests are responsible for any damage arising during their stay. Guests hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their security deposit. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
