CANCELLATION POLICY – Within 30 days of arrival No refunds will be given if you are arriving within 30 days. Cancellations made within the 30-day window will not receive a refund. Once checked in, there is a strict no-refund policy for cancellations or booking alterations. Exception: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking is not for the same day and the guest has not arrived on site. CANCELLATION POLICY – Greater than 30 days prior to arrival If your booking is outside of the 30-day window, then you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Exception: Cancellations made within 7 days of placing the booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking does not lapse within the 30-day window.
