Spanning 130 breathtaking acres, with 28 acres planted to premium Chardonnay vines, Winmark offers three distinctive retreats—ranging from a tinyhouse hideaway to luxurious guesthouses—each with its own unique character and spectacular mountain and vineyard views. The property can accommodate up to 26 guests in total. Winmark is more than just a place to stay; it is a destination that connects guests with wine, sculpture, art and nature. Take time to explore the Winmark Art Gallery and Gift Shop, wander through the Sculpture Park, and enjoy a barista-made coffee at the Winmark Coffee Cart before indulging in a Chardonnay tasting at the Cellar Door. MioMonte - 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom Mio Monte is a large, sophisticated home that showcases modern Australian architecture with a Tuscan twist. Mio Monte is Italian for 'My Mountain' and looks across the vine-filled valley to Yengo National Park. The open plan dining and living areas are framed by full length windows and sliding doors that open to a long alfresco verandah. With a well appointed kitchen, large pantry and guest cellar to store wine purchases, Mio Monte is ideal for larger groups with access to a tennis court and pool. Rock View - 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Rock View is a spacious home perched above iconic Pooles Rock with an emphasis on space and comfort, and views across the vineyard. A private pool adjoins the outdoor BBQ area at the rear of the property, with private views of the surrounding bushland and mountain ranges. Frequented by kangaroos and wallabies, Rock View is positioned nearby the enclosed vegetable garden and guests are encouraged to pick and enjoy the fresh herbs and vegetables. Villa Vino - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Villa Vino is the newest addition to Winmark Estate. A pitched roofline with a stunningly appointed open room with queen bed and sitting for two, Villa Vino is framed by windows providing the closest views of the vineyard. A luxury ensuite bathroom post is attached with an outdoor kitchen that will see you sipping your Winmark Chardonnay whilst soaking in the views across the mountains. As you turn off Wollombi Rd and through the main entrance please follow the entry road which veers to the right, you will then reach the Residence driveway to the left.
An admin fee of $60.00 will apply to all reservations where cancelled. Reservations cancelled between 15-30 days 50% of the total cost will be charged. For bookings cancelled between 0 and 7 days there will be a 100% charge of the total booking if that reservation cannot be re-booked.
