Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to tour start date: will receive 100% refund. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to tour start date will receive 50% refund of total booking cost. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to tour start date: Forfeit of all monies paid. If guests fail to arrive for the booked tour / experience the same cancellation policy as above applies. Please also refer to the Booking Agent Terms and Conditions for any other charges that may apply. Please consider travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in travel plans.
