Cancelations: * a full refund 5 days or more prior to your tour day. You will be refunded 100% of the tour price OR we will reschedule the tour date. * no refund within 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the tour OR tour reschedule * No refund is made to any person unable to make tour departure times which are linked to ferry public departure times.
