Cancellation Policy Free cancellation policy applies outside of 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, by telephone, and by speaking to our team. The cancellation date and time will be based on the timestamp of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking. Any applicable fees charged by payment processors or third-party booking platforms are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, we reserve the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy at our discretion. If you are unavoidably prevented from joining the Tour, you may transfer your place to another person, providing this person meets any conditions which may apply to the booking and that we are informed Cancellation by us – In the event of our cancellation, which would be because we don’t have a minimum of required passengers OR in some cases an unfavourable weather forecast, your card will not be charged.
