We do mostly pick up from Byron Bay, but on some of tours we can pick up from Ballina, Lennox heads.
Although every reasonable attempt will be made for participants to observe animals we are dealing with the natural world and therefore there will be no guarantees of animal sightings unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Vision Walks - Eco tours. All requested refunds or cancellations must be received in writing either via email or post. In the case of adverse weather conditions or any other environmental condition which may prevent a trip (including Park closure) a suitable alternative date will first be attempted by both parties. If an alternative date can not be found a full refund will issued. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice prior to scheduled trip date Vision Walks - Eco tours will issue a full refund. If you cancel 48-24 hours prior to scheduled trip date Vision Walks - Eco tours will issue a 50% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of are a ???no show??? no refund will be issued.
