Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund or credit at Con-X-ion’s discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the fare amount, less a $10.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of travel are not eligible for a refund. Yes, you can modify a booking but modifications inside 48 hrs are subject to availability.
