Refund requests may be considered if cancellation is made and communicated via bookings@drinktasmania.com.au prior to 7 days before the tour. If you require a refund within 7 days of your tour an administration fee of $49 will apply. PEACE OF MIND COVID CANCELLATION POLICY Your health and safety, and those of all our guests and guides is paramount. If you feel unwell, please let us know, and we will convert your booking to tour credit that is valid for 12 months from the original date of your tour. Know that we’d love to welcome you again when it’s possible! This tour credit is also completely transferrable to another person if you would like to use it as a gift. You may be able to make a change to your booking up to 24 hours prior to your departure time by emailing bookings@drinktasmania.com.au or contacting us on 0475 000 120. We will do our best to accommodate your change request. If your change request can’t be accommodated, we will convert your booking to tour credit that is valid for 12 months. WHAT IF DRINK TASMANIA HAVE TO CANCEL A TOUR? Well, that’s on us. In the rare instance that this occurs, you’ll get a full refund and we’ll hope to be able to host you another time. IT'S JUST NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ATTEND THE TOUR We seek to find solutions with you if an event outside of your control has occurred. Please reach out to us and we will assist you with a change of date, tour credit, or a refund in extreme circumstances. WHAT IF I HAVE A LAST MINUTE CHANGE OF MIND? Refunds are not available for a change of mind within 7 days of the tour (also, these tours are so much fun – why would you change your mind?). Change of date may be applied. Please communicate via bookings@drinktasmania.com.au and we will do our best to change your tour to a more suitable date. WHEN YOU DON'T SHOW UP AND WE'RE WORRIED ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE: In instances where a guest does not show up on the day of their tour without any prior communication – no refund will be made, nor any credit granted.
