Cancellation Policy and Wet Weather Options We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel or reschedule, please contact our customer service team via the provided communication channels. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Wet Weather Options Our tours are designed to operate in most weather conditions, including rain. We believe that experiencing the elements can often enhance the adventure and make for a memorable outing. Tours Run Rain or Shine: Tours will proceed as scheduled, regardless of wet weather, unless the conditions pose a safety risk as determined by our team. Preparation for Rain: To ensure your comfort, we recommend: Wearing footwear suitable for wet conditions. Bringing an umbrella and raincoat. Purchasing rain gear such as ponchos or umbrellas, available at our gift market prior to your tour. Rescheduling Due to Rain: If you prefer not to attend your tour in wet weather, we offer the flexibility to reschedule. Please note: Rescheduling requests must adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour will not be permitted unless exceptional circumstances apply. Safety Considerations In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds, or flooding), we may decide to cancel or postpone the tour for the safety of our guests and staff. In such cases: Guests will be notified as soon as possible. A full, partial refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.
