Cancellation & Refund Policy Should your travel plans change, we are happy to cancel the tour once notice has been given in writing observing the following conditions. More Than 48 Hours – Full Refund 24 – 48 Hours – 50% Refund Less Than 24 Hours – No Refund Risks & Safety Although all care is taken to ensure the safety of our guests. Guests are required to exercise caution whilst participating in our private tours. Health concerns which may affect your ability to participate in our tours should be directed to our team prior to travelling. Passengers must have their own travel insurance in the event of accidental injury whilst participating in our tours. Guests are required to act with due diligence and care for their own safety whilst conducting any/all tours with us. Guests accept full responsibility for any injury or illness as we will not be responsible for any injury or accident to guests. Our tours may involve hiking within areas of uneven terrain, slippery surfaces and wet conditions. please ensure you bring adequate clothing and footwear Travelling With Children We cater to infants providing a baby seat, please advise us upon booking if you require booster/baby seats fitted for your tour, passengers travelling with children under 8 years must advise our staff of the ages of the children upon booking to ensure proper child restraints, booster seat is used. All guests regardless of age must have their own seat, Please see our laws regarding travelling with children.
