48hrs + from your session time : Full priced bookings are eligible for a full refund. If your booking is made using a discount voucher or promo code, a gift certificate will be issued instead. You are welcome to reschedule your activity with 24hrs - 48hrs notice with a $25 fee per booking. Less than 24hrs from your session time : No reschedules or cancellations permitted Refunds or rescheduling will not be available if your activity remains scheduled to proceed. In the case your activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances by Gold Coast Watersports and we are unable to reschedule you, you will be offered either a full refund or a Gift Card ( dependent on your purchase method ) for future use or which is transferable to friends or family
