Cancellation penalties For ALL bookings made with Boutique Wine Tours Tasmania the following penalties apply: For ALL scheduled tour cancellations a 25% administration fee will be charged on total tour amount. For ALL scheduled tour cancellations between 2–14 days, 50% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount. For ALL scheduled tour cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or “no show”, 100% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount. For the cancellation of Charter services, 100% a cancellation penalty applies irrespective of when the booking was made. A credit will be offered for use at an alternative future date.
