Full refund if the reservation is cancelled 3 days -72 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour. No refund for cancellations for any reason within 72 hours of your scheduled tour. A signed liability waiver is required prior to your tour departure. We have a limited amount of Segways available for tours. No Shows are charged in full and will not be rescheduled.
