We will pick you up from your accommodation anywhere from Busselton to Augusta as well as other locations by arrangement.
For group tours: •Cancellations inside 14 days incur a 50% cancellation fee. •Cancellations inside 72 hours incur full charge as cancellation fee. All private charters cancelled are subject to a fee of $250 - $450 depending on the vehicle. If cancelled within 7 days no refund will be provided. Any refunds are subject to a service fee of $20 per person (group tours) & do not include merchant fees. Grape Escape South West Tours reserve the right to cancel the tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control. In this event guests will be offered an alternative tour tour date or full refund. Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience but no liability is accepted for any illness injury delay inconvenience loss or damage whilst on tour. Grape Escape South West Tours takes no responsibility for any costs incurred or action taken. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property. Grape Escape South West Tours support the responsible service of alcohol. Guests who endanger or disrupt the safety or wellbeing of others will be warned and if necessary immediately removed from the tour. No reimbursement will be provided in this occurrence. Food & alcohol may not be consumed on our vehicles.
