Route Overview for the Adelaide CBD Destination: Zonte’s Footstep Tasting Room, 49 Oakley Road, McLaren Flat, SA 5171 Distance: Approximately 45 km Estimated Drive Time: 50–60 minutes (depending on traffic) Step-by-Step Directions Depart Adelaide CBD by head south on King William Street Continue onto Peacock Road Turn right onto Greenhill Road Turn left onto Goodwood Road [towards the Adelaide Showgrounds] Follow Goodwood Road south until it merges onto Southern Expressway (M2): Use the right 2 lanes to merge onto the Southern Expressway (M2) via the ramp to Noarlunga. Continue on Southern Expressway for approximately 20 km. Merge onto Main South Road (A13) at the final exit towards McLaren Vale Veer left onto Victor Harbour Road just after the Seaford Road intersection Turn left onto McLaren Vale Road (B34) just before the overpass Continue through McLaren Vale township. Turn left onto B34 towards McLaren Flat and Kangarilla [Kangarilla Road] Turn right onto Sand Road after Serafino Winery on the right hand side Turn left at the T-Junction onto Oakley Road Arrive at Zonte’s Footstep [approx 300 metres down road] Zonte’s Footstep Tasting Room is located at 49 Oakley Road, McLaren Flat, SA 5171.
Zonte’s Footstep Tasting Room – Terms & Conditions (a.k.a. The Fine Print You’ll Actually Want to Read) At Zonte’s Footstep, we like to keep things relaxed, but we also like to keep things fair. Below are a few helpful guidelines so everyone knows what’s what when visiting our tasting room. Let’s raise a glass to clarity! 📅 Bookings, Changes & Cancellations We know plans can change – kangaroos happen, tyres go flat, or maybe you just realised your calendar is double-booked. If you need to cancel or change your booking, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice – No worries, mate! Full refund or reschedule, your choice. Changes with 48+ hours’ notice – We’ll do our best to accommodate, just give us a shout. Less than 48 hours’ notice? – Unfortunately, we may need to charge the full tasting fee, especially if we’ve rostered up staff and opened wines just for you (but we promise to be nice about it.) ⏰ Running Late? Life happens. If you’re running behind, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to hold your spot for 30 minutes. After that, it might be trickier. 👯 Group Bookings We love a good group hang, but for bookings of 10 people or more, please get in touch with us directly. We might need to chat logistics (and make sure we’ve got enough wine chilled!). And we are limited to 20 people maximum due to licencing. 🐾 Furry Friends We’re animal lovers, but our tasting room is also our home and Bo's home too [our precious pup - who is over 100 in dog years]. So, well-behaved friendly pups are welcome, on the lead until Bo has warmed up to a new friend. 🚗 Responsible Tasting We encourage tasting, not tipping (over). If you're the designated driver, let us know – we’ll take good care of you too, with non-alcoholic options and high fives. 🎨 Respect the Space You’re stepping into a working winery and our private residence, surrounded by original label artwork and good vibes.
