Unless otherwise specified cancellation fees apply to all our services. Experiences Transfers & Charter flights Experiences/flights (5 people or less) cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice – no cancellation fee applies Experiences/flights (6 people or more) cancelled with more than 7 days notice – no cancellation fee applies For experiences and charters not cancelled within these time frames (above) the cancellation fee is 100% of the experience transfer or charter price and no refunds are given. Southwest Wilderness Camp Cancellations with more than 7 days notice prior to departure – no cancellation fee. Cancellation 4 to 7 days prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee Cancellation 3 days (or less) prior to departure – 100% cancellation fee
