Terms & Conditions Rob’s Outback Tours will operate with a maximum of 6 and minimum of 2 persons per tour. All persons must be aged 18 years or older or accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Day tours have an age restriction of 3+ years old. All bookings must be made a minimum 16 hours prior to required departure date. All bookings must be paid for in full at time of booking. All fares are accurate at the time of printing. Should there be an unforeseen fare increase fares will be confirmed at time of payment. An ‘Waiver of Liability’ form is to be signed by all passengers before departing on any tour. Travel Insurance: Rob’s Outback Tours requires passengers to be aware of the importance of travel insurance when traveling on adventure style tours. We strongly advise to take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover against cancellation costs lost or damaged luggage or costs incurred from injury or illness. If you choose not to travel with travel insurance please be aware Rob’s Outback Tours or any of its affiliates will take no liability for any cost incurred while traveling with Rob’s Outback Tours. Liability: No liability can be taken by Rob’s Outback Tours the Owner/Operators or any of its affiliates in case of but not limited to damage to personal belongings personal loss theft injury or sickness whilst participating in designated activities. Rob’s Outback Tours reserve the right to alter the route itinerary or to cancel the operation if road weather or other conditions dictate. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any curtailment delay or alteration of any tour whether caused by flooding fire road closure mechanical defect or any other causes are the responsibility of the passenger. Rob’s Outback Tours itineraries are described in detail and maintain transparency so travellers are fully aware of what to expect. In the case that tours do not meet the expectations of travellers no refunds will be given. Refund requests must be made in writing are subject to conditions and will be independently investigated by Rob’s Outback Tours. Rob’s Outback Tours and/or its employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times at any stage of a tour and are not liable for any failure to make connections with any other services or guarantee the operation of any 3rd party service. In the event of break down or other unforeseen circumstances the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure the continued operation of the tour.
