Located on world famous Phillip Island in the main township of Cowes. Cruises depart from the jetty on Cowes foreshore.
Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel cruises at short notice due to inclement weather; insufficient bookings. Refunds or rescheduling dates will be offered in these circumstances. Boarding commences at our boat 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time but we recommend arriving at your departure destination 30 minutes before your cruise departure time to allow for parking and unforeseen delays. If you are running late or having issues finding our departure locations please contact our office on 1300 763 739 as cruises will depart on time. Customers who wish to change or cancel must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours of the departure time will result in forfeit of tickets. Accessibility - Currently, not all our vessels are equipped with wheelchair accessibility and our boarding locations at jetties do require navigating up to fifteen steps, please contact Wildlife Coast Cruises if you have further questions relating to Accessibility
