We’re a boutique boat tour company, running multi-day scheduled tours and private charters to parts of Sydney Harbour that no other boat tours go.
Our aim is to give visitors a unique and authentic local experience, exploring the ‘real’ Sydney Harbour in fast, open top power boats, seating a maximum of 16 guests and capable of beach access.
Our local guides tell the story of our vibrant working harbour, with its rich history, waterfront mansions and natural beauty, taking visitors to all the iconic sights, as well as deep into the unspoilt backwaters of Middle Harbour.
We do things differently! You won’t be sharing your experience with hundreds of tourists on a big, commercial tour boat. We give our guests a more intimate and personal adventure, as we explore the hidden coves and secluded spots that only local Sydney boaties know.
Most of our tours include stop-offs for swimming and exploring, and we visit places where guests might see dolphins, penguins, seals and even whales!
We've been in business since 2011. Our tours have received over 140 'five star' TripAdvisor reviews and we were recently awarded the 2017 Certificate of Excellence, for the fourth year running. In 2017 we added more tour options and several new boats, including a 37' Axopar, sports cruiser, which won 2017 European Power Boat of the Year.
i) Cancellations made more than 7 days before travel may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Operator’s discretion. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. ii) Private Hire: Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 30 clear working days but more than 7 days before travel will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. iii) Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price or a credit for another time for a tour of the same price. Please note that if the Customer made the booking for travel through a booking agent all refunds of deposits and booking fees are to be obtained directly from the booking agent. Such booking agent may at their discretion retain a booking fee less than or equal to 100% of the price. iv) Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operator’s discretion due to mechanical breakdowns which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Please note that if the Customer made the booking for travel through a booking agent all refunds of deposits and booking fees are to be obtained directly from the booking agent. Such booking agent may at their discretion retain a booking fee less than or equal to 100% of the price. v) Fail to Board: If you fail to show for your tour for whatever reason at the time specified at booking you will not receive a refund as we will have held a firm seat for you and turned away other bookings to do so. The Operator may at its discretion offer a seat on another tour provided there is availability. The Operator recommends travel insurance be taken out by all passengers.
