Acceptance of Booking Terms and Conditions: Confirmation of a booking and authorisation of payment indicates acceptance of these booking terms and conditions. You also agree to further indemnify SA, it’s associate companies, directors and associates against any risk or action related to your participation in your skydive. Cancellations and No Shows by a Customer: Notice of a cancellation must be provided by email to SA Reservations. Cancellations of one or more customers received any time (including customers who do not show at the drop zone on the jump date) will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value. Amendments by a Customer: Any amendment to the scheduled jump date or time within 24 hours of the jump date, will be subject to a rebooking fee of $100 per person. Name changes must be provided by email to SA Reservations, however will not incur a fee. A booking can be rescheduled any number of times, however the booking will only remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original jump date. After this date, all payments will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
