This recently renovated mining house is one of Derby's iconic properties. A large covered front deck, new bathroom and laundry, and major interior renovation has just been completed. The house has a new and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Your comfort is guaranteed with high quality bedding and linens. Your bikes are a priority at The Trailhead House. We have a shipping container that's been fitted out for bike storage, workshop and tools. There is a wash bay and bike racks. Your bike is safe in the locked security of the shipping container.
The house is 3 bedrooms and set up to sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have 2 x singles beds that can be configured into King Beds. Bedroom 3 has a king bed. It features an open plan kitchen, living & dining room all heated by a new freestanding wood heater. Main bathroom has laundry, shower and 2 toilets.
On the Main Street of Derby, just past the cafes and bike shops is The Trailhead House. We are located directly across the street from the pump track and adjacent to the Trailhead of Blue Derby.
FLEXIBLE If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. A 50% cancellation fee applies to bookings cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours before arrival. No refund is provided for cancellations within 24 days of arrival, or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended
