BOOKING TERMS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Once your ticket has been scanned and/or you’ve been “checked in” to the experience by a staff member, your ticket is considered “used” and cannot be reactivated. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry. 100% Refund and/or Complimentary Rescheduling - 14 days before the stated session date 75% Refund - 7 days before the stated session date 50% Refund - 48 hours before the stated session date Refunds outside of these cutoff periods are completely at the discretion of Earp Distilling Co.
